Guangna.eu operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the 'Services'). Guangna.eu is powered by Shopify to enable us to deliver these Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, including all policies referenced herein (the 'Terms of Service' or 'Terms'), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

ARTICLE 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of legal age under the laws of the state or province in which you reside, and that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services, including visiting or browsing our online stores or purchasing products or services offered by us, we may ask you to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our stores is accurate, current, and complete, and that you possess all necessary rights to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
ARTICLE 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to provide as accurate a description of our products and services as possible in our online stores. However, please note that product colors and appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen. This relates to the type of device you use to access the store as well as the device's settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or match the display or description in our webshop.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products offered per person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, AND INTERNATIONAL SALES
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Guangna.eu reserves the right to accept or decline your order in its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is only accepted once Guangna.eu has confirmed it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Guangna.eu may not be able to honor a request for cancellation once your order has been accepted. In the event we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided during the order process.
You may only return or exchange purchases in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale and/or unauthorized export.
Right of Withdrawal (Solely for consumers within the European Union / EEA):
Consumers residing within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) have the legal right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Further information on conditions, exceptions, and the procedure for withdrawal can be found in our Refund Policy.
International Orders (Buyers outside the EU / United States):
For buyers located outside the EU/EEA (including, but not limited to, the United States), no statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period applies. All sales to customers outside the EU/EEA are final ("Final Sale").
If a package has already been shipped, cancellations or returns from buyers outside the EU/EEA are generally refused.
Deduction of processing and cancellation fee:
If an order for a buyer outside the EU/EEA is cancelled — whether at the buyer's request (before or after shipment) or by Guangna.eu due to failure to meet additional payment obligations in a timely manner (such as the local US taxes and fees referred to in Article 4) — the following applies:

A fixed processing and cancellation fee of 12.5% of the total order amount (with a minimum of €3.50 or the equivalent in local currency) will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover non-refundable payment provider transaction fees, stock reservation, and administration costs.

In the event of an accepted return or cancellation after shipment, all original shipping costs, return shipping costs, as well as any additional taxes, customs duties, or other levies shall be borne entirely by the buyer. Shipments with insufficient postage or shipments where customs fees are charged at delivery will be refused by Guangna.eu.
RTICLE 4 - PRICES, BILLING, AND LOCAL TAXES
All prices listed on Guangna.eu are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for shipments within the European Union, unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
International Taxes and Levies
For orders with a shipping address in the United States (US), applicable local sales taxes (such as State Tax and County Tax) and government levies/tariffs will be passed through 1-to-1 (at cost) to the buyer at the time the shipping label is generated and the exact delivery destination is finalized.
The buyer will receive an additional payment request for this amount. These fees must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of the payment request.
If payment is not received within this 24-hour window, Guangna.eu reserves the right to cancel the order. In the event of such a cancellation due to non-payment of required taxes and fees, the processing and cancellation fee of 12.5% (with a minimum of €3.50 or the equivalent in local currency) pursuant to Article 3 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery estimates are approximate only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to acts or omissions of the buyer (including, but not limited to: providing an incorrect address, failing to pick up the package from a collection point within the specified timeframe, or refusing delivery at the door), the package will be returned to our warehouse. The return costs charged by the carrier (DPD) in this case shall be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the refundable purchase amount.
ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Guangna.eu, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws in the United States, the Netherlands, and other countries.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material within the Services without our prior written consent.
Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants you a license or other rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Guangna.eu, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Guangna.eu.
Names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans of Guangna.eu are trademarks of Guangna.eu or its affiliates/licensors. You may not use such marks without prior written permission from Guangna.eu. The name, logo, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans within the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

We may provide you with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We neither monitor nor have any control or input over these tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

ARTICLE 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Guangna.eu uses Shopify to enable us to deliver the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases conducted in our store are handled directly between you and Guangna.eu.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related aspect between you and Guangna.eu, including injuries, damages, or losses resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Guangna.eu.

ARTICLE 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guangna.eu, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any costs regarding losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to give timely notice shall not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced thereby.
