We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase; this must be included with the return shipment.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for providing your own return label and a sturdy shipping container. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is not picked up from a pickup point or is refused after repeated delivery attempts, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the return costs charged by the carrier (DPD) of €5.24 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you. In case of damage, always include a clear photo in your email to info@guangna.eu.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Customized or personalized products (special orders).

Personal care items.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item through our webshop.
14-Day Cooling-off Period (EU)
Notwithstanding the above, for shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition (unused, with tags, and in the original packaging) and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
